This original painting is framed in ornamental gold frame - total size 13.5" x 15.25". The actual size of the artwork is 9" x 10.5".
He stood outside the Duomo in Milan in freezing weather, playing for people who were passing by. Most of them just ignored him because he was a lousy accordion player. We stopped and watched him for a while; his colorful outfit, his theatrics, the way he greeted people. He was quite entertaining (when he did not play).
