Monotype Print
This original monotype print is sold with a white trim and dark blue mat - total size 16" x 20". The opening and the actual size of the artwork is 9.5" x 12".
This monotype was inspired by sailboats cruising on Charles River, which has always been one of my favorite places in Boston. It is always lively with activities both on water and in the surrounding areas. In the summer, sailing boats and crew teams are regulars on the river. Bikers and joggers alike adhere to the paths built for their morning exercises. On July 4th, people from all over the city gathers around the esplanade to listen to the Boston Pops concert and watch the fireworks.
